What are Deli Add-ons?

Deli Add-ons are artisan extras you can add to your box — think sourdough, local eggs, cheese, olives, passata, milk, and juice. A little something to make your week even better.

How do I add them to my order?

Simply browse our Deli Add-ons and add them to your cart alongside your box. Easy!

Ordering & Payment

When do I need to place my order by?

We have order cutoff times to ensure everything is fresh and ready. Check our website for the latest cutoff details.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

What payment methods do you accept?

Returns & Freshness

What if I'm not happy with my order?

Due to the nature of fresh fruit and vegetables, if you're unhappy with anything in your order, please contact us on the same day of delivery or pickup. We'll do our best to make it right.

What if my delivery didn't arrive?

If you haven't received your delivery, you must notify us before midnight on the scheduled day of delivery so we can investigate and resolve it promptly.

What makes an order eligible for a return?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are only accepted where something is significantly wrong with your box — for example, damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if there's an issue.

Can I send items back without contacting you first?

No — please do not send items back without first requesting a return. Items returned without prior contact will not be accepted.

Are there any items that can't be returned?

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

How do refunds work?

Once we've received and assessed your return, we'll let you know if it's been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
