We’re committed to delivering the freshest fruit, vegetables, and deli items to your door. Every order is packed with care, and we stand behind the quality of our products. If something isn’t right, we’ll always work with you to make it right.


Quality Guarantee

If an item arrives damaged, spoiled, or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the item

  • A brief description of the concern

We’ll assess the issue and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.


Perishable Goods – No Change‑of‑Mind Returns

Because our products are fresh and perishable, we’re unable to accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal taste preferences

  • Natural variations in size, colour, or shape

Fresh produce is seasonal and unique — slight imperfections are normal and part of nature.


Deli Items

For food safety reasons, deli items (including cheeses, meats, dips, olives, and prepared foods):

  • Must be refrigerated immediately upon delivery

  • Cannot be returned once opened

  • Are eligible for replacement or refund only if they arrive spoiled, damaged, or incorrect


Delivery Issues

If no one is home, orders may be left in a safe place. Once delivered, we are not responsible for:

  • Spoilage due to delayed collection

  • Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer

If a courier delay results in spoiled goods, we will review the situation and assist where possible.


Allergen & Ingredient Information

We take great care with labelling and handling, but customers are responsible for checking ingredients and allergen information before consuming any product.
