Delivery & Pickup
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to Melbourne's northern suburbs. Enter your postcode at checkout to confirm we service your area.
How much does delivery cost?
Local delivery is $5. Delivery is free on orders over $55.
Can I pick up my order instead?
Yes! We offer in-store pickup. Select "Pick up" at checkout and we'll let you know when your order is ready.
What if my delivery doesn't arrive?
If you haven't received your delivery, you must notify us before midnight on the scheduled day of delivery. Please contact us via our store chat so we can investigate and make it right.
Our Boxes
What's included in the boxes?
Our family boxes are packed with a seasonal selection of fresh fruit and vegetables sourced from local growers. The contents vary week to week based on what's fresh and in season.
What sizes are available?
We offer Small, Medium, and Large family boxes to suit different household sizes.
Can I customise what's in my box?
Our boxes are curated for freshness and value. While we don't offer full customisation, you can add deli items to complement your box.
Deli Add-Ons
What deli add-ons are available?
We offer a range of artisan deli products including cheeses, olives, passata, milk, eggs, sourdough bread, and freshly squeezed juice.
How do I add deli items to my order?
Simply browse our Deli Add-Ons collection and add items to your cart alongside your box.
Ordering & Payment
How do I place an order?
Browse our products online, add items to your cart, and checkout. We accept all major credit cards via Shopify Payments.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes. We'll do our best to accommodate requests before your order is packed.
Returns, Refunds & Damages
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of fresh produce, we have a same-day return policy. You must contact us immediately upon receiving your order if there is an issue. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
How do I start a return?

What if my order is damaged or incorrect?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect. The sooner you let us know, the faster we can make it right.
Are there any non-returnable items?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
What about exchanges?
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us via our store chat.

Do you offer wholesale?
Yes! We'd love to work with cafes, restaurants, and businesses looking for fresh, locally sourced produce. We can discuss custom box sizes, product selections, and pricing to suit your needs.
