1. Shipping Areas

We currently offer shipping within Melbourne's Northern Suburbs. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We use trusted courier services to deliver your orders. Our delivery days are typically Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. For larger orders, we may be able to accommodate Friday deliveries to certain areas — please contact us on 03 4237 7111 to arrange this. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control.

3. Shipping Costs

Flat rate of $5 Delivery to Northern Suburbs. Free for orders over $55.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

5. Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a suitable replacement.
